There have been many
changes over the past few years and there will be more to come with new
child protection, health and safety, and operating principles
As an RYA training centre
we have to keep pace with this change and shift in training culture , and
as such we have to change the way we operate and we have to compete
with commercial organisations, as the guidelines the RYA set, apply
equally to clubs aswell as commercial centres
CRB checks
to comply with the RYA guidelines
all instructors and recognised assistant instructors must be CRB
checked.
I have the forms and will
be at the club on the weekend of the 8th and 9th May if you wish to collect
one or please send me your address and i can post one to you.
Instructor Update
I need to keep a record
of all instructors and their qualifications and please photocopy your
highest level instructor certificates with first aid and powerboat 2 certificates, they
can either be sent to me at the address below,or scan and send,
or give them to me on the 8th or 9th May at Seaford clubhouse or put them
in the pigeon hole at the club.
